LHC graduate and expert teacher Sean Davis leads this free, interactive course designed to build the skills of effectively delivering constructive feedback and receiving input with an open, growth-oriented mindset. Participants learn to reduce defensiveness and foster a collaborative culture through practical communication strategies, including role-playing scenarios.
